Our label cutting dies are manufactured from Aluminium-tool steel, Aluminium-HSS
and Aluminium-tungsten carbide.
Total die heights vary from 40mm to 130mm, compatible with PMC, Polar, Busch,
Lombardi and Blumer punching machines.
CNC controlled production guarantees absolute accuracy and allows for future
identical replacement parts. The manufacturing
process consists of CNC wire erosion, CNC hole drill sparking and CNC milling.
IN MOLD LABELS
A polypropolene label is die cut using a counter pressure system.
The most common labels are for thin walled injection moulded food containers.
Our counter pressure dies are supplied with base plates, counter pressure pads and slitting knives.
Label geometry can be changed, reduced or manipulated to accomodate for label growth.
