STANDARD FEATURES ON THE NEW V7 MODEL
1. Modular design, ergonomic upright work position.

MOTOR ASSEMBLY
Continuous operation
The single phase motor is the highest industrial quality and is rated for continuous operation.
Quiet running
The GRINDTEC machines run very quietly thanks to the silent motor.
No grinding dust
No sparks are produced, and the steel and grindstone particles are transported by the water into the water and tank. Therefore, you get no dust in the air and around the machine.
WATER COOLED GRINDING
A disadvantage of dry grinding is the tool edge is heated up by the friction.
The edge then loses its hardness and the tool soon needs to be ground again.
When grinding on a water cooled wheel, the grinding wheel carries the water continuously to the grinding surface, thus cooling it and eliminating the risk of overheating.
STAINLESS STEEL WATER TANK
The grinding wheel is equipped with a protective cover made from stainless steel. The water feed is incorporated into the wheel cover and the flow of the water can be controlled with a valve.
A stainless steel water tray ensures that the water is contained on the grinding bed and fed back to the stainless steel water tank that is housed underneath in the cabinet
MACHINED SPINDLES
Free hand grinding and sharpening is made easy with our spindles.
To achieve an even and sharp edge, the tool must be held steadily and moved with a consistent feed and grinding angle to the wheel.
VERTICAL HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
Quick die setup and height adjustment is made possible with the vertical adjustment with height lock. Different die types and die height of 30mm to 150mm in height can be sharpened without any special jigs.
